Field Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
The Field Marketing Coordinator (FMC) will be an extension of the corporate marketing department responsible for supporting the field with local marketing and business development efforts as well as systems onboarding, training and support.
Responsibilities
Brand building and education
Loan level marketing and communications
Creates custom flyers and sales support pieces; responsible for facilitating the products and compliance review
Coordinates efforts with the corporate RMC when the LO request involves digital ads, landing pages/websites, large format design, print production
Local marketing support for LOs
Coordinates materials for B2B visits, open houses, customer events
Supports annual calendar of events - corporate initiatives as well as local activities
Social media set up and posting
Required content updates, including awards, new "about us" copy, regulatory requirements
Event coordination and execution
Sources, coordinates and facilitates local builder and Realtor events
Sets up and manages pre- and post-communication for LOs
Identify local opportunities that will build brand awareness, generate revenue and position PrimeLending as a pillar of the community
Training, system set up and support
SalesForce, Mortgage Coach, Websites, Marketing Square, etc
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years related experience, required. Mortgage experience, preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Maintain a team-oriented environment.
Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
Exhibit excellent PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation programs.
Display excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform a number of complex tasks simultaneously and delegate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with branch, regional and corporate personnel, as well as the community at large.
Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability.
Must be available to work all regularly scheduled hours; arriving at scheduled reporting time and at the prescribed time after any breaks or lunch periods.
Must be able to work overtime, as required.
Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

The Retail Operations team's main focus is to ensure smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications while providing exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Our primary objective is to support the origination and fulfillment of mortgage loans for retail customers through various tasks and responsibilities.
