Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs for AbsoluteCARE. This individual will serve as the recruiting strategic partner, consulting with the hiring managers regarding the recruiting process and candidate experience. Serves as a representative at agencies, universities, and other functions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for simultaneous requisitions, developing, and maintaining a talent pipeline, nurturing relationships with prospective employees, managing on-going hiring manager relationships, and identifying top talent.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle including posting open requisitions, screening candidates, tracking candidate activity, coordinating interviews, extending/negotiating offers.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, source and attract high quality candidates to AbsoluteCARE’s open roles via recruitment marketing.
Act as a consultant to multiple partners regarding recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasting, talent planning, diversity, and internal movement.
Work in partnership with a variety of internal partners, the Director of HR and hiring managers to meet the talent needs of the organization.
Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics (i.e. Time to fill, time to hire, retention, etc.).
Provides best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and internal business partners throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing networking.
Maintain the security and privacy of all information that is owned by AbsoluteCARE or maintained on behalf of the company’s patients, employees, and business partners.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study is required.
Full cycle recruiting experience, 2 years preferred, new grad welcome.
Experience using a variety of sourcing channels and tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and maintain relationships both within and outside of the organization.
Must have excellent time and project management skills. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Requires a high level of attention to detail in both oral and written communications.
Must be able to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in a team environment that emphasized group contributions.
Occasional travel to other AbsoluteCARE locations, as necessary for corporate meetings and job fairs in our current center cities
