Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Media, PR, Marketing, or relevant Field
Prior experience working with outside agencies to pursue new creative business opportunities while building relationships with existing agencies (10 years preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing/advertising strategies with the ability to develop and implement detailed proposals/plans
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Job Description
A customer is looking to hire an Account Supervisor to support the creative project development for their customers. The customer base includes banking, healthcare, technical, government, and other industries. This will be a hybrid position based in Columbia, MD and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying, establishing, and maintaining new and existing accounts through strong client relationships. Potential project samples can be branding, web design, video projects, digital projects, etc. with various project lifecycles.
Leverage marketing and strategy insights to inform planning and execution and stay informed on industry trends.
Advise clients, make recommendations, and provide strategic guidance to support development of marketing solutions, including branding, digital, print, video, and content creation services.
Work closely with clients to discover, recommend, collect, report, and manage project requirements.
Coordinate with the creative project manager to create basis of estimates (BoE), change orders, estimates to complete (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC).
Track and communicate program and project status and conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
Manage client expectations, and coordinate with creative project manager to track budgets, scope of work, timing, schedules, and process and resolve budget issues.
Address challenges and manage issue resolution.
Compensation :
$90,000k to $100,000k.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
