We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to coordinate the TricorBraun team’s operations and sales support services.

Your role here
From Day 1, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. A successful CSM is dedicated to providing the best in customer service and serves as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for information required by internal team members and our customer base which includes assisting customers in placing orders, tracking orders, scheduling shipments, processing sample requests, providing stock and customer quotes, processing invoices, following up on past-due invoices.
Essential Functions
Maintain a relationship of trust with the client, our headquarters, and sales representatives to manage product flow and the overall customer service experience.
Strategically forecast and highlight critical business impacts and solve for business needs. This includes managing disputes of any nature (logistics, invoicing, quality) in collaboration with the relevant services.
Manage sample requests from sales representatives and support business growth.
Your Experience, Skills, And Background
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and demonstrated ability in sales support OR equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
