+ Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards and regulations.
+ Cost Accounting: Implement and manage cost accounting systems and procedures, ensuring accurate cost tracking and analysis.
+ Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
