Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that all client interactions and communications align with firm standards and legal requirements.

Provide administrative support to case managers and legal assistants, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management.

Facilitate client satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement in client service and engagement.

Work Environment and Schedule:

This position is offered as a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to be present in our office three days a week. However, it is important to note that during the initial training period, you will be required to work on-site at our office.

This intensive training phase is crucial for gaining a deep understanding of our operations, procedures, and the standards of service we expect when handling client interactions. The training period will last for a minimum of 30 days and may extend up to 90 days, depending on proficiency and the speed of acclimatization to our processes.

Following the completion of training, you will transition to the hybrid schedule as detailed in the job offer.
