Job Summary:
The client is seeking a Project Manager -within the PMO supporting the Global Digital Analytics Organization/portfolio. This role will see the PM assisting in overseeing and coordinating various projects. The role will work closely with other project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting all objectives and deadlines.
This role will track progress and provide senior leadership with the communication materials needed to remain up-to-date and act, when necessary. This role will work across all stakeholder groups to facilitate meetings and workshops, follow up on key deliverables/takeaways, ensure adherence to the plan, and leverage internal governance structures to raise and resolve issues as they arise. The position must be able to identify opportunities for project delivery improvement and transform that into action. The position must be able to review current processes and procedures and adapt them to changing business requirements.

Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.

Willingness to jump in where needed to assure portfolio, program, and project success.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with both technology and subject matter experts in the business.

Experience/Education
2-4 years of PM experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
