About This Team:
FP&A G&A Finance team provides budgeting, forecast, analysis and investment modeling support to the CFO and NetScaler eCommerce Executive teams.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Specific support to the G&A and NetScaler eCommerce teams managing Operating Expenses and Headcount forecasts.
Conduct actual results variance analysis versus plan and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities to the P&L.
Support in preparation of the Monthly Forecast and Quarterly Business Presentations.
Serve as a liaison between Business Partners, Procurement, and Accounting to resolve PO issues and ensure the timely receipt of purchase orders and accurate accruals in the correct accounting period.
Over time, propose automation of processes where appropriate to drive productivity improvements and efficiencies.
Create performance and trend reports.
Financial P&L and cash modelling for strategic business decision making.
Assist in delivering any ad-hoc reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual inputs to Board Of Directors and Sponsor reporting package.
Lead team's ongoing transition towards more visualization of data i.e. Power BI.
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in planning & analysis/forecasting with understanding of financial metrics and demonstrable analytical skills.
Experience partnering with the business leaders (to VP level preferred).
Excellent command of English (oral & written), with great communication skills, able to communicate on a confident manner with Executives.
Experience with Oracle and Hyperion or similar financial planning systems.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. complex formulas, pivots) and PowerBI ideally.
Commitment to meet deadlines with willingness to take ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion.
Proven problem-solving capability with a strong collaboration mindset.
Excellent project prioritization, presentation, and time management skills.
Possess an attitude of continual learning and development.
