FP&A Analyst Temporary

Responsible for financial planning and analysis of business results. Manage, control and ensure the correct administration of ZBB / Fixed Costs budget established in a specific year / period for the different packages, P&L lines, business units, areas, entities of Hispanics, supervising each of the movements together with the owners of package. Budget, forecast and report ZBB results with explanations vs LE/AOP/PY. Focus in ZBB Total prioritizing ZBB Complex, Variable Compensation and Out of Scope.
Execution of month closing (accounting, accruals control, databases, explanations). Request and consolidation of current year estimates. Support in annual budget process and alignment. Support of internal MPR (commercial, ops, others) with financial inputs, explanations, and deep dives. Support of MPR WEEM and CFO Call (explanation and deep dives). Report of results, MPRs, forecast, budget and any other requirement received in FP&A from WEEM, global and others.
Knowledge & Experience
Degree in accounting or business administration
Knowledge of SAP and Tableau (Desirable)
Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excel intermedium/advanced
At least 1 year of experience in FP&A / ZBB, finance or business strategy (Desirable)
