The work:

Your role will require you to directly work with the client and the Accenture Account Leads, bringing ideas and innovation to designing, building, and running customer relationships, digital marketing, omni-channel solutions, sales operations, and customer success initiatives. You will be running the deal. You will also be accountable for shaping new deals, developing the sales strategy, aligning the teams to that strategy, and leading the team through both our internal processes and client processes to close the deals. You will sell Song’s wide portfolio of marketing, sales, and customer success offerings to the client.

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture with our clients

Work with Accenture Song Industry leadership teams to develop and deliver new business through trust and value-led relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for key initiatives and play the role of a trusted advisor

Develop global strategies for Accenture Song clients including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy

Be a thought-leader in Customer challenges, trends, solutions, economics and related qualitative & quantitative aspects, and help Industry Leads in creation of a digital value architecture

Develop requirements to ensure vision and recommendations translate to (and leverage) Accenture Song assets, products and services

Defining high level architectures and applying digital commerce best practices to support strategy recommendations

Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level

Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships

Travel: As required for client support.

Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office

Here’s what you’ll need:

Minimum of 10 years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a pro-active leader

Minimum 5 years experience with Sales capture and/or delivery and closing deals that include significant process change, technology implementations, process outsourcing, and/or technology outsourcing on Adobe and/or Salesforce platforms

Bonus points if:

Comfortable carrying a $15M quota

Have been first chair on selling services deals in excess of $10M

Previous experience with closing $10M+ deals involving the areas of significant process change, technology implementations, process outsourcing technology outsourcing in marketing, sales, or customer success

Core sales consulting skills including:

o Executive & Digital Leadership Workshop facilitation

o Client interviews / focus groups

o Run end-to-end sales cycles (origination -> solution -> close)

Have a detailed understanding of the MarTech stack and how to use it

MBA preferred

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Range of Starting Pay:

California - $136,800 to $237,600

Colorado - $136,800 to $237,600

New York - $136,800 to $237,600

Washington - $136,800 to $237,600

In addition to base pay, this Sales role is eligible for additional incentive compensation under the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan which is based on achievement toward individual sales targets, subject to Plan terms.
