Role Highlights:

Driving business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities.

Initiating and nurturing relationships, setting up and executing meetings with prospects within the CPG supplier and FMCG retailer communities.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets as a quota-carrying salesperson.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:

3+ years hands-on experience in sales profession.

Marketplace and technical knowledge of CPG and FMCG retail and attendant business problems and opportunities.

Strong communication, presentation and targeting skills (telephonic, online, in-person).

Ability to understand customer needs with a strong customer focus.

Strong discipline, focus, and effort to achieve sales goals.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Team Structure and Collaboration:

Directly report to the Managing Director - Americas.

Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and other relevant departments.
