Legal Compliance Manager

Roseland, NJ, United States

ADP is hiring a Legal Compliance Manager.

* Are you an experienced program manager with strong project management skills and an understanding of privacy compliance?* Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?

Well, this may be the role for you.

As a member of the Global Compliance group, you will serve a key role in supporting Global Compliance, ADP Legal, and Business Unit program needs and objectives. You will be reporting to the Sr. Director Core Compliance Operations, responsible for managing the program components throughout the enhancement of the Global Compliance initiatives, specifically driving the daily operations of privacy compliance efforts across ADP. This includes managing all aspects of our privacy reviews, data subject access request processes, conducting first-level privacy reviews, and implementing and maintaining templates and records in our privacy tools.

As part of this work, you will ensure consistent rollout of compliance processes throughout our business. Project activities include work plans related to various work streams, scheduling, managing project deadlines and milestones, preparing Executive readouts, dashboard consolidation of data, collaborating with the various functions and business units, and driving projects to completion.

No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative privacy and compliance professionals as well as lawyers, and work with product managers and others to address business imperatives, including product development and new data uses in light of current and evolving privacy and compliance regulations and standards. While every day is fast-moving and unpredictable, one thing is sure: people and communication skills are necessary for every aspect of this job.

To thrive in this role, you must have strong project management experience as well as a background in helping businesses comply with multi-national privacy compliance requirements. Ideally, you've managed data privacy risks and processes at an enterprise level. As part of our team, you'll find exciting challenges, get opportunities to grow your career and drive collaboration as we design what's next for ADP and the industry.
