About Uh-Oh Labs Uh-Oh Labs is a medical diagnostics and health tech company reinventing how people receive and utilize their health information, starting with low-cost but highly accurate diagnostics. Our first product is an FDA-authorized COVID-19 test which allows for PCR-quality results at a fraction of the price. Currently the tested is authorized for point-of-care only, but we are in the process of our over-the-counter (OTC) approval.
Beyond COVID, we're leveraging our platform to develop additional tests for STIs, UTIs, and more, with a focus on the consumer and enterprise market. Our app-based interface also allows us to provide additional features to compliment diagnostic testing, and an important part of the product will be adding value to our diagnostics products through our app.
Job Overview We're looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager for our UOL COVID-19 Test as we gear up for our OTC launch. This Product Marketing Manager will oversee and manage all of the product marketing efforts and effectively communicate the value of the UOL COVID-19 Test to the OTC market. They will be a team player, working closely with the Chief Business Officer as well as the sales, and marketing teams to effectively position and grow the adoption of the UOL COVID-19 Test (and beyond).
Responsibilities of this Role Deep understanding and experience specifically in the OTC / DTC space.
Develop product messaging and market positioning that differentiates the new products and services from others in the market.
Develop customer facing presentations as well as train / communicate the value of the new product to the sales team.
Lead product demonstrations at shows / webinars as needed.
Analyze marketing campaigns and provides analysis / comparisons of ROI across channels.
Create marketing materials (digital flyers, graphics and copy for digital ads).
Oversee the creation of additional product content materials such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches
Required Skills and Qualifications Product Marketing Manager Experience (3 years+)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field or substantial (6 years+) industry experience
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Fast-moving while paying close attention to details
