We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager who can think strategically about how to win our market and then quarterback projects that lead us to success. You’ll be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, getting to know our target customer deeply, and influencing the way we build, market, and sell our product. We’re looking for smart, deliberate people who can blend strategy and execution, then communicate in a compelling way to clients, the market and to our team.
Responsibilities
Go-to-market
Shape our messaging and positioning; articulate our value proposition to increase awareness and adoption
Be the expert on our clients, the market and our competitors through leading research and building out buyer/user personas
Develop our go-to-market strategy and drive the execution of launch plans
Build cross functional relationships and effectively communicate with various stakeholders
Partner with Sales to understand the buyer’s journey and create sales collateral that helps us differentiate ourselves in the market, improve our win rates and drive product adoption
Gather insights from Sales to understand industry trends, sales needs, and more
Product
Partner with Product Management to help prioritize our product roadmap
Own our product release communications strategy to drive greater product adoption by new and existing clients
Ensure all relevant teams are kept informed of product activities through internal communications and/or trainings
Marketing
Help plan campaigns and lead nurturing efforts, so we can drive more leads and ensure they convert
Work with PR and Content to develop articles, blog posts, etc. that position us smartly and drive top-of-funnel
Influence industry analysts so they understand where we fit in the marketplace and why we’re the best choice for our clients
Requirements
4+ years of professional marketing experience
At least 2 years of product marketing experience in SaaS or finance
Excellent writing and communications skills
Experience with crypto, fintech, etc. is helpful, but not required
Work independently and take ownership of personal, team and operational objectives
Collaborative, proactive communicator and creative problem solver
