LARGE CHANNEL MANAGER

Come join a fantastic team! The Large Channel Manager is a dynamic role that will assist in managing and optimizing the partnership and distribution strategy within the North America Region. This role supports Leica Microsystems’ Channel Partner strategy by implementing tactics to drive growth, ensuring effective market activities, Training for the channel partners and monitoring distributor performance to achieve revenue and margin goals. This role is fully remote.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Partner Management: Oversee the Channel Partner Toolkit to ensure compliance and integrity, assist with strategic plan development to boost growth, and monitor ROI.

Portfolio and Marketing Oversight: Manage the supplier portal, enrich product content, and lead the creation and distribution of co-branded marketing materials for promotional activities.

Sales and Performance Support: Support sales teams in building distributor relationships, create and approve quotes for profitability, and track sales targets while addressing performance issues.

Technical knowledge and Training Facilitation: Ensure partners are knowledgeable about products through facilitated trainings. Facilitate remote product demonstrations and provide necessary technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners, assess performance using supplier scorecards, and identify opportunities for optimization and improved engagement.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in channel sales or management within the life sciences industry.

Experience in managing large channels preferred.

Demonstrated project management and marketing communications skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as required.

The salary range is $100,000 - 115,000 for this role is min-mid range. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
