Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Manage an assigned book of commercial insurance clients; establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary day-to-day contact.
Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues requiring in-depth policy interpretation and experience.
Multi-Tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Efficiently handle multiple tasks, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Requirements:
Licensing: Must have a current/active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent insurance firm with experience managing a diverse book of clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented: High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
Relationship Building: A passion for creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with Applied EPIC agency management is highly desirable.
