About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Business Development to join their team. This strategic role involves working closely with the President to develop and execute a growth strategy and business plan in the USA, with a strong focus on building a robust business development strategy, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring the visibility and lead flow in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial function, including participating in senior leadership discussions, building and leading a business development team, and maintaining a strong focus on budgets, targets, and achievements.
