About the role:
As an Account Executive in our SMB Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in connecting with SMB leads, demonstrating the value of Pacvue's products and services, and helping them succeed in the e-commerce landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of sales and business development activities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of Helium10's products and services to SMB/MM leads.
Utilize your sales acumen to influence and persuade SMB & MM leads to choose Helium10's solutions to meet their e-commerce needs.
Develop, nurture, and manage sales funnels and pipelines within the company's CRM system to track and advance leads through the sales process.
Shape your pipeline strategy and collaborate closely with management on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrate the ability to craft a compelling narrative that summarizes the company's value proposition, with guidance and mentorship from higher-level peers and management.
Possess the skill to interpret verbal and nonverbal buying signals to assess sales potential and tailor your approach accordingly.
Follow project plans with clear divisions of responsibilities and adhere to established milestone deadlines, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
Showcase an understanding of the current e-commerce landscape and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into the development of your sales approach.
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn from mentors and management.
A passion for e-commerce and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
