At Harnham our graduate position offers an industry leading training program that is designed to cultivate your career within the company. Recruitment

As a recruitment consultant at Harnham, you'll collaborate with clients in the data and analytics sector to fill their vacancies. Your focus will be on candidates with specific and sought-after experience and qualifications.

The recruitment process is broken down into four key stages:

Business Development: Actively bring in new business through cold-calling and networking, selling both your recruitment services and the Harnham brand.

Candidate Sourcing: Source the best candidates through job board postings and headhunting individuals with the required skills.

Process/Account Management: Prepare candidates for interviews, check in with both candidates and clients, and ensure the process runs smoothly.

Placement Negotiations: Close the deal when a candidate is offered the job, ensuring they receive the best offer and earning your well-deserved commission.

Harnham

Understanding of recruitment as an industry: Essential to navigate agency recruitment successfully.
