Job Description: The Director of Marketing is a key driver of the BNP's marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing marketing plans, maintaining content calendars, overseeing collateral material production, and serving as the central coordinator for marketing department requests. The Director also plays a pivotal role in website management, email marketing campaigns, and reporting on marketing performance. Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Execution:
Execute marketing plans under the direction of the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Content Management:
Maintain a master content calendar and plan to ensure timely and strategic content delivery.
Collateral Production:
Produce all collateral materials required to support BNP events and programs effectively.
Traffic Management:
Serve as a traffic manager for all marketing department requests, coordinating both internal and external resources, including freelancers.
Website Management:
Take responsibility for website updates and accuracy, ensuring the online presence aligns with organizational goals and standards.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, targeting key audiences and delivering impactful messages. Coordinate/implement marketing automations.
Reporting:
Provide comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns, including digital and email marketing performance, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
Team Supervision:
Supervise the marketing coordinator.
Manage all outsourced marketing supports
Qualifications:
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Design sensibility.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Effective presentation skills for conveying marketing strategies and results.
Copywriting skills to create compelling marketing content.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient project management.
Strong knowledge of Excel and other data tools
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
Flexible work schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely
