Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners ("AJCP") is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical services and assistance to all employees across the company and operating properties and support its rapid growth across various investment platforms focused on the hospitality, mixed-use, and single-family rental sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for managing and resolving an array of mobile, desktop, audio/video, network, and telecommunications issues while assisting with the overall administration, monitoring and security of the organization's technology and network. The role requires occasional travel for onsite troubleshooting and hardware setup.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prioritize and provide on-site IT services and helpdesk support to the AJCP staff in coordination with the external Managed Services Provider ("MSP"). Appropriately escalate technical issues to the VP, Technology Systems & Applications as necessary.
Build, configure, and set-up PC or Mac workstations and onboard new hires.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems, and replace defective hardware components when necessary on employee and firm desktop, mobile, peripherals and audio/visual conferencing equipment.
Assist the VP, Technology Systems & Applications with basic network support, server management, and help ensure proper operation and application of backups, updates, patches, and firmwide upgrades across the offices and operating properties.
Procurement, asset and inventory management for IT hardware and software.
Assist in other areas as needed to support AJCP's rapid growth.

Requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Required 3+ years of relevant experience in IT operations.
Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or related discipline
Strong knowledge of Office 365 and on-premise in a hybrid environment, Microsoft Active Directory Stack and Azure AD.
In depth and comprehensive working knowledge of Cloud services
Familiarity with Windows OS and MacOS.
Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Understanding of VMWare virtual environment.
