About the role We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to help guide our next phase of growth and product expansion. You’ll be directly responsible for impacting our customer experience and the future of our product.

We're searching for a creative problem-solver who is excited to break down large problems and make data-motivated decisions. As our Product Designer, you'll play a key role in collaborating across our diverse teams while infusing simplicity and delight into our user experience.

You will… Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand what the best customer experience should look like

Break up large problems (“let’s rethink our onboarding experience!”) into smaller components

Design simple and delightful experiences end-to-end

Determine whether or not those changes were successful by looking at the analytics

You are... A seasoned and well-rounded Product Design expert with 5+ years of experience, showcasing your versatility and generalist skills

Scrappy, well-versed in startup environments, where testing comes first and refinement follows

️ Strategic and assertive: you are comfortable asking “is this the right project to be working on at all?” in a group setting

Collaborative and curious, able to work both internally and externally to drive our customer experience forward

Customer-obsessed, engaging with end-users regularly to enhance their product experience through rapid iterations and empathetic design
