As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, product managers, and developers, to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our customers' experience. Your creative vision and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our products not only meet functional requirements but also engage and captivate users.
What you'll do:
Design and iterate on user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all product touchpoints, including icons, typography, color schemes, and imagery
Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create interactive prototypes to illustrate and test design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure design alignment with project goals and timelines
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency and scalability
Ensure that designs are responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes and devices
Create and organize visual assets for use by development teams, including design specifications, assets, and style guides
Who you are:
2+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products
Proficiency in design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams
Knowledge of animation and UI motion skills are a plus
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
