Role mission

As a Sr Product Designer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional team members to ultimately design engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, either 0-1, or as an extension of existing designs and established design systems.

Deliverables

You’ll be responsible for creating personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practices

Work with clients and internal project teams to promote the benefits of accessibility and usability best practices

Produce clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs

Deliver useful and delightful solutions that meet our clients’ needs and requirements

Form solid working relationships with our clients

Increase awareness of the value of user experience design and research internally and externally

About You

3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context

Expertise using Figma

Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components

Experience with user research methods and tools

Extensive client-facing experience

Nice to Have

EdTech, FinTech, Telco or HealthTech experience

Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
