Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective freight forwarding services.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch revenue targets.
Lead and motivate a team of freight forwarding professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
