Our client, a leading tax and accounting software provider, is actively hiring a UX Researcher to join their team in San Diego, CA ! This will be hybrid and must be onsite 2x a week.

As a UX Researcher, you will be s upporting a platform that is used by their Tax Experts to help train internal employees and customers on reviewing information in their platforms. This team is looking for someone who ideally has a hybrid research and design or engineering background that is also able to lead their projects themselves.
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to determine requirements and set expectations
Analyze and report on user data to inform design and deployment
Create user scenarios and stories to coordinate with other teams
Design and lead user focus groups and data collection
Skills:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience leading design/UX research projects
Ability to lead projects and communicate with stakeholders
Experience working in tech or consulting is a plus
