Summary:

To provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects. To research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes and products to achieve major innovative improvements. To collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts. To provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.

Job Description: Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining out of the box thinking Well-versed in agile product development life cycle (PDLC) and/or software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience leading complex projects.

Experience leading a product launch from "0 to 1" and optimizing it for "1 to many" in your portfolio.

A focus on scale with the flexibility to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.

Experienced in partnering with and bringing multiple departments into alignment.

Strong internal communication skills: Able to communicate complex data in a simple format to share decisions, process updates and tradeoffs to large audiences (i.e. in-person meetings, asynchronous meetings, email, and/or shared live docs).

Process-driven with a bias toward action.

Bonus points for experience within high-growth tech startup.

Demonstrated solutions-based thinking with the ability to break down complex concepts into understandable, smaller and sequential deliverables.

Strong influencing skills to guide leadership, Business Architects, Product Owners, Agile Release Trains, and all stakeholders to understand vision, resources, priorities and definition of completion/release.

Strong ability to tailor communications of complex concepts to all levels in an understandable manner

Business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy

FedEx experience preferred

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five to Seven (5 - 7) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Annual Range $108,000 - $162,000

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
