**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining computer systems and other technology systems used by the business. This position will be responsible for all first-level inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the roll out of new applications.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Provide end users with hardware, applications, system, and network technical support to clients both locally and remote, via phone, email, and remote tools.

* Provide end user support as needed.

* Provide, maintain, and improve upon excellent customer support.

* Deploy new technology used by the company: hardware, operating systems, and programs or applications.

* Basic troubleshooting for complex issues throughout the company infrastructure.

* Provide Tier I support to associates and clients.

* Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.

* Work closely with IT Manager to perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed, purchase of new equipment, and set up of new equipment across all clinics.

* Log bugs and enhancement requests.

* Provide introductory online training for new staff on software applications.

* Ability to manage multiple cases at once.

* Travel to clinic/office location for on-site support (as needed).

* All other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience:**

* High School diploma or equivalent, required.

* 2 5 years of experience in a similar role.

* Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and systems.

* Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills: logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, be aware of small details, thinking creatively outside of the box.

* Good communication skills: excellent listening skills and the ability to understand issues when explained by someone without technical knowledge, being able to explain issues in a clear and concise manner.

* Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

* Good written and verbal communication.

* Prior experience in technical support, desktop support or similar role.

* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
