Application Support Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Support Analyst to join their team!
You will work within a collaborative team to resolve technical support tickets for our client's various applications and teams.
Responsibilities:
User application security and ticket triage support.
Escalate tickets as needed if unable to triage and resolve.
Maintain/manage professional communication with business users.
Ability to work with all different personality types.
Required Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years of experience in support or application support
Related degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
