Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Coordinator to assist our VP, Creative Director in managing day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the AV department, motion graphics group, and game capture division. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the VP, Creative Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
Prepare and organize documentation, presentations, and reports as required
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the VP, Creative Director
Project Coordination Assist in tracking the progress of various projects within the AV department, motion graphics group, and game capture division
Coordinate with team leads to ensure project timelines are met and resources are effectively utilized
Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues
Review and Feedback Organize and schedule editorial review sessions for the VP, Creative Director
Gather and compile feedback from review sessions and ensure it is communicated effectively to the relevant teams
Follow up on action items and ensure feedback is implemented
Liaison Duties Act as a point of contact between the VP, Creative Director and other departments within the company
Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes to schedules or deliverables
Facilitate meetings and communication with external partners and vendors as required
Problem Solving Identify and address any issues that may arise within the creative departments
Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations
Support the VP, Creative Director in decision-making by providing necessary information and analysis
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a creative or media environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with AV, motion graphics, and game capture processes is a plus
Personal Attributes Proactive and self-motivated
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
This role reports to the VP, Creative Director
Role is temp to perm Pay Range from $30 to $35 per year depending on experience
