Primary Job Duties:
The Regional Sales Manager's primary goal is to improve market share and increase revenue by engaging in management strategies and methods to develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing Representatives. The work is fast paced, growing, team oriented, and challenging. Additionally, this role provides training software for the selection tools, proper sizing and applications of engineered domestic water pressure booster units. The position promotes and offers presentations on various product offerings, educational teachings of products, and associated information.
Meet or exceed budgeted revenue growth within assigned region based on minimum margin levels.
Establish monthly sales objectives for each representative by creating a sales plan and quota.
Measure regional results. Communicate results with representatives and senior management.
Provide assistance and leadership to all representatives to ensure quotas are met.
Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing representatives in assigned territory; identify new customer accounts.
Protect and increase profitable revenue stream within current customers.
Proficient use of Teams/Outlook and scheduling activities
Schedule, train, deliver sales presentations and coach sales representatives in assigned area to ensure complete working knowledge of product offerings applications to our product offerings.
Advise senior management team on sales directions, competitors and market trends.
Create and conduct effective presentations on potentially all Product offerings in the WILO Brands.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for travel activities which justify travel costs.
Participate in sales forecasting and planning with senior management counterparts.
Assist in resolving any ongoing technical issues with our representatives.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Learn and use the company CRM to monitor sales touches, progress of specific applications and management of the corporate database of customers.
Attend Trade Shows as required to promote Wilo locally, nationally and internationally as required by the company.

Requirements
Education and Experience: A Minimum of 5 years of experience in Centrifugal Pumps and Applications in the Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Building trades.
A minimum of 4-year Business and/or Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience in the Commercial Plumbing/HVAC trades.
5 - 10 years proven sales management experience.
Proven Levels of Sales Achievement and ability to meet goals and objectives.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong desire for success.
Superior communication skills including oral discussion and presentations, written communication.
Desire and professionalism to work and operate independently.
Preparedness to travel (overnight travel by car and air required) up to 75%.
