Our client, a distinguished nonprofit organization, is looking to a temp-to-perm Administrative Assistant to support someone on their leadership team.
Rate: $30-40/hour
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative, reporting, and coordination support
Plan and coordinate team events
Assist with the purchasing process, including submitting and receiving purchase orders, coordinating renewals and vendor follow ups as needed
Manage senior leadership's calendars
Coordination with HR around Background checks and new hires
Provide support in drafting presentation and briefing materials
Work on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4 years experience in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
