About the Role

The Revenue Operations team advocates for and advances what is best for the entire GTM org at Hex. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the direction and efficiency of our GTM efforts. What you will do

Building and scaling Hex's core GTM operations - you will operate as a critical strategic and operational partner to our Revenue and Marketing leaders

Taking ownership of existing core operational workflows, inclusive of quota/comp design, territory planning, deal desk approvals, and more

Collaborating with teams across Sales and Marketing to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of our GTM processes

Driving ad-hoc strategic initiatives to improve how we GTM with a data-driven approach

Assisting in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our GTM tool stack

Who you might be

You have 4+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably at a fast-growing B2B startup

You have a wide range of experience across core GTM Operations - from territory design to lead routing to Sales comp planning

You are a stellar communicator who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functionally

You thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias for action

You are long-term oriented and have a strong perspective for what great looks like at scale

You have prior experience with essential GTM technologies (Salesforce experience is a must have
