What You’ll Do
Provide superior, top quality customer service while preparing loan agreements for a portfolio of agents.
Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s).
Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $200,000
Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
Accept ACD calls from any agent and: obtain information required for a quote, refer such quote requests to the appropriate account executive, or provide the quote to the agent. Account executives should also answer any general inquiries, or route questions to the appropriate departments within FIRST for handling.
Monitor quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.
Communicate effectively with: Inside Sales personnel, Relationship Managers, and Marketing departments regarding agency information (such as new business opportunities, persistent challenges, competition, etc.) to provide the best possible terms, rates, and service.
Perform quote follow-up on all new quotes, renewal quotes, and lost quotes from the prior year.
Requirements
2-5 years account executive experience preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organized
Dependability and accountable
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet
