Job Summary
Provide reception duties for the Human Resources/Payroll and Administrative Services offices. Assist incoming customers and answer phone calls. Provide any assistance required for Midland College employees or potential employees.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of general office equipment to include fax, scanner, copier, and multi-line telephone
Computer literacy to include proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Attention to detail
Alphabetizing skills
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the Human Resources field
Imaging experience
Essential Functions General office duties including typing, imaging, filing, alphabetizing, and copying of documents
Word processing/data entry
Run errands
Respond to telephone and walk-in customer inquiries
Assist part-time employees with new employee paperwork
Assist all customers at the front desk
