**Description**

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager ( California/Washington state) to be an integral part of our new US Marketing and Sales team. You will be responsible for building and following business opportunities based on Prophesee technology with new and existing customers located on the West Coast of North America.

You will join a growing company addressing all the layers of event-based perception: sensing, digital computing, embedded software & computer vision. Your role is to lead the region, this means owning the go-to-market plans, planning visits, participating as speaker to exhibitions and events, leading the collaboration with internal stakeholders, drive the sales activities and be accountable for all the team exceeding quota and maximizing value to our customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Leading the Go-To-Market Planning for the region.

* Be seen internally and externally as the leader of the region by doing things like speaking at Industry events.

* Lead a high performing and predictable business through driving prospecting and pipeline building activities across the team.

* Have impactful team meetings and one-to-one that help each team member to exceed their quota

* Work closely with Business Dev, Product Management & Marketing, R&D and Operations.

* Help to close key deals by supporting the team in meetings with senior executives.

* Deliver reliable and accurate forecasts through CRM and deal reviews.

* Listen to the needs of the market, keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, and share insights with product and marketing teams

* Be proactive about solving problems even if it is outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

* Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

* Be an evangelist of our products and maintain deep product knowledge

**Qualifications**

* University degree or equivalent (Computer Science or Engineering is a plus)

* 3+ years of work experience in a similar position, with significant experience of customer-facing position

* Experience in Computer Vision and Signal processing or experience in Computer Vision and Machine learning sales is desirable

* Experience in an international sales and/or marketing environment

* Excellent communication skills

* Self-motivated, self-starter, commercially driven

* Proactive and with entrepreneurial mind-set

* Knowledge of marketing is desirable

* Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

* Prepared to travel

* Driving License essential

* US Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
