About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to lead and oversee the strategic planning, execution, and measurement of its partnership and affiliate marketing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing a robust partnership marketing strategy, driving a roadmap to impact lead generation and client acquisition, and managing the economics and structure of partnerships. This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional communication skills, proven success in both traditional and non-traditional marketing campaigns, and a cutting-edge approach to driving the evolution of the marketing team. The VP will also be involved in prospecting, business development, and nurturing existing partnerships to create mutually beneficial, revenue-producing strategies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in partnership and affiliate marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a team management role. The role demands a leader who is highly knowledgeable, possesses high emotional intelligence, and is committed to a standard of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, have an entrepreneurial approach, and a proven ability to use data to drive insights and business goals. Strategic thinking, a love for investigating media trends, and technology to serve the brand, and a collaborative leadership style are also essential. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams and must be adept at influencing others to maximize new client conversion and ROI.
