Reports to: SVP Salesf
Job Location: Atlanta, GA-Hybrid
The Sales Solution Consultant role is a client facing role responsible for being fully proficient in Bluefin’s products and service offerings. The top priority includes architecting and acting as the technical lead to help maximize sales opportunities including but not limited to presenting Bluefin’s products and solutions for existing and new customers and partners. You will also be communicating and demonstrating the value of Bluefin’s products and solutions, owning all technical aspects of the sales cycle working collaboratively with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for customized solutions.
- Technical advisor/ resource leading technical discovery, current state analysis and presenting Bluefin’s solutions in a clear manner to both technical and business audiences.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Bluefin’s solutions
- Bridging business and technology
- Facilitate whiteboard sessions, technical workshops and solution validation identifying value-based use-cases.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payment processing landscape.
- Provide technical support for RFIs and RFPs
Qualifications

- 7+ years’ experience working in a technical role within the payment processing industry.
- Deep understanding of payment processing technologies, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment gateways, EMV, NFC, and PCI compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Knowledge and proficiency with the technologies that we use internally and see our customers use; truly speak to our prospects technical and developer teams
