We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the relationship with multiple clients and relevant stakeholders.
Meet with clients to outline and monitor scope and progress of requirements for each project.
Build partnerships and collaborate with team leaders to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise.
Coordinate project logistics including internal resources, travel, scheduling, truck coordination, and project summaries.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Performing risk management to minimize potential risks; report and escalate to management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Partner with Operations areas to follow up on customer project work as required.
Establish and improve systems to ensure that processes are efficient and cost-effective without impacting the overall customer experience.
Carry out the required processes/tasks and provide great customer service based on TechR2's Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Track, compile, and evaluate data.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
Communicate both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain safe work practices.
Maintain company confidentiality.
Maintain a clean and orderly working environment.
Utilize CRM and other applicable systems.
Represent customer's perspective to entire Executive Management Team.
Ensure customer reporting and data requirements are met (portal demos. tutorials, IM4 summary of audits, ad-hoc requests as required).
Essential Skills/Experience : The successful candidate for this position will have, at minimum, the following skills, experience, and characteristics. Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
High energy, self-motivated, ability to be successful without direct supervision •
Team player with strong communication skills who understands the importance of responding to internal and external customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and meet multiple goals
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Office and Teams) with extensive spreadsheet knowledge
Must be a team player
The ability to ask questions but also make decisions without every detail provided
The ability to be agile and flexible when necessary
Ability to be exacting, thorough and attentive to detail, while still meeting deadlines •3-5 years in project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Experience with quoting or sales is a plus
Pass screenings such as background, drug, and federal I-9 requirements.
