Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Lead the planning and implementation of project.
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
o Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
o Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
o Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
o Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
o Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
o Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
o Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
o Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
o Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
