Job Description

A Project Manager at Status Solutions is responsible for ensuring a positive customer outcome by facilitating collaboration between all departments involved in a customer deployment. For this role, a team member must display a continuous learner mindset by having a thorough understanding of all departmental functions within the organization and utilizes all available resources, as needed, while improving efficiencies. A Project Manager will streamline communication and ensure the team is meeting deadlines for each project and/or deployment. The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional communication skills, a passionate energy, and the ability to creatively solve problems.

Responsibilities

Creating long - and short - term plans, including setting targets for projects and adhering to deadlines.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.

Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Serving as a point of contact for team members when assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in sync.

Communicating with customers and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals.

Performing quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the standards are meeting expectation.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Maintains a variety of reports and sends to appropriate parties by predetermined timelines.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Continually focuses on creating an environment that promotes the overall growth of Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.

Requirements Bachelor's degree with focus on logistics/business or 3-5 years' experience required. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Organizational, prioritization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Showcases strong leadership skills with an ability to utilize business acumen when making decisions.

Ability to use creative approaches to challenges (be resourceful).

Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing assignments.

Ability to demonstrate flexibility and embrace change in a dynamic environment.

Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Proficient in the use of standard accounting software (Intacct experience preferred), Salesforce, Asana, and the Microsoft Suite.

Benefits Starting annual salary: $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience
