About the Role:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of Dashlane's Channel Sales Program. You'll work closely with the Channel Sales team to innovate, evolve, and scale our partnerships. Your work will focus on partner recruitment, activation, and management, contributing directly to Dashlane's revenue growth through strategic and resell/referral partnerships.

Location:

This role will be located in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity for 3 days a week.

Partner Collaboration and Management:  Work closely with the Channel Sales team to manage and support existing partnerships. Engage in regular communication, handle deal registrations, and ensure partner success through Dashlane's program.

Salesforce and Data Management:  Manage Salesforce data related to channel partnerships, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct data clean-up and input tasks as needed to support successful partnerships.

Partner Activation:  Take an active role in activating partnerships within the current roster. Ensure partners are fully engaged and capable of promoting Dashlane effectively.

Partner Recruitment:  Identify and recruit new partners to join Dashlane's Channel Sales Program. Evaluate potential partners for alignment with our goals and values.

Partner Onboarding:  Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources, knowledge, and support to succeed.

Partner Enablement:  collaborate with partners to drive awareness of Dashlane within their customer and prospects book of business. Lead the sales process for partner led opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work with various teams within Dashlane to scale the Channel Sales Program, leveraging insights and support across the organization.

Learning and Development:  Continuously learn about successful Channel Sales Programs and best practices. Apply this knowledge to improve and innovate Dashlane's approach.

Revenue Goals:  Responsible for achieving a target through partners led opportunities.

Develop and execute channel sales strategy, with a focus on driving awareness, acquiring new customers, and retaining/growing existing customer.

Solid base of existing partner relationships is advantageous.

Requirements:

3+ of experience in sales, specifically in building and managing successful channel partner programs, including enablement and compliance

We're Also Looking For:

Extensive network with Channel Partners.

Proven track record of consistent over quota performance and top tier company ranking.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Salary Range: $134,000 - $156,000  in OTE (base salary + variable pay)

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
