WAZER has created the worlds first desktop waterjet, bringing the possibility of professional-grade fabrication to every workshop. WAZER is growing, and in order to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives we are expanding our sales organization, specifically our International Reseller network. Working at WAZER in this role, you will win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned, international, channel partners, as well as recruit, select, and onboard new partners to grow the international Value Added Reseller network. **YOUR DAILY ROLE:**

* Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

* Proactively recruit, select and on-board new Value Added Reseller partners in designated regions and countries.

* Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.

* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

* Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

* Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner performance, and needs, on an ongoing basis, and through QBRs.

* Supports partner organizations sales efforts to end users in coordination with partner sales resources, by providing sales and technical support.

* Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

* Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

* Drives the development and adoption of company sales initiatives and partner programs among assigned partners.

**MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor Degree.

* 3 to 5 years experience in machinery and equipment sales through a distribution channel. (Preferably through International Channel Partners)

* Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

* High degree of technical aptitude. Able to understand technical applications, and communicate technical solutions, to engineers and non-engineers.

* Driven to meet or exceed sales growth targets.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Comfortable working in a high volume role.

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

****ABOUT THE ROLE:****

* WAZER is currently located in Yonkers, NY. Role is expected to work out of our Yonkers headquarters, following COVID-aware protocols.

****COMPENSATION:****

Compensation includes salary, equity, performance incentive, and company-wide bonuses, paid time off and health benefits.

****LOCATION & ENVIRONMENT:****

Youll be working in an environment that is simultaneously our office, ideation studio, research lab, workshop, and final product assembly center, all under one roof. This allows us to collaborate and learn each others area of expertise, providing better solutions to our customers.

Our facility becomes a playground in the off hours. You are encouraged to design, make, and work on whatever personal projects you may have at the time.
