Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Oversee all systems directly related to patient care, and work with the Director of Operations to implement best practices and ensure consistency for employees and patients throughout Vida clinic locations.
Work in tandem with the Clinic Managers to ensure front desk and customer service practices are running efficiently and accurately.
Ensure the best possible patient experience through management and training of support team members.
Qualifications At least 1 year experience in a leadership role
Possess keen attention to detail to complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks.
Have the proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and other healthcare settings.
Compensation $24 - $30 hourly
