Als IT Service Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een effectieve en servicegerichte ondersteuning van gebruikers (Windows 10 & 11 clients). Dit doe je in een team van gemotiveerde IT professionals. Samen behandel je de calls met betrekking tot mobile devices, laptops, desktops, applicaties etc. Er wordt van jou verwacht dat je verbeteringen signaleert en voorstelt en meedenkt met de bestaande procedures. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig Service Desk calls op te lossen en indien nodig zet je ze door naar een 2 en 3e lijns-niveau. Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en opvolgen van de acties conform de afgesproken service levels.
Je bent werkzaam in Kruiningen en je rapporteert in deze functie aan onze IT Infra Manager.
Wat breng je mee?
Je hebt MBO 4 denkniveau richting ICT;
Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
Energiek en grote passie voor het vakgebied;
ServiceNow Fundamentals is een pre ; Gemotiveerd en een volhardende aanpak in de oplossing van problemen;
In staat zijn klachten op een positieve en professionele manier af te handelen;
Ervaring met ServiceNow, O365, Azure en Windows 10/11 is een pré;
Minimaal in opleiding voor Azure Fundamentels (AZ-900) of bereid zijn om deze op korte termijn te volgen;
Basis kennis van IT architectuur (routers, switches, security);
Goede kennis van Microsoft Desktop operating systems (minimaal Windows 10/11);
Goede kennis van Microsoft End User producten (Office 365, Visio, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.);
Kennis van ITIL foundation;
In bezit van rijbewijs B.
Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar kandidaten die werkervaring hebben opgebouwd binnen een skilled servicedesk. Je beheerst over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent flexibel. Een servicegerichte instelling zit in je bloed. Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde middelbare opleiding in de ICT en ervaring als Helpdesk-medewerker. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend en bent op de hoogte van de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen op ICT gebied.
