If so, join our Revenue Enablement team as a Senior Strategic Project Manager, where your efforts will have a profound impact on the development of the Nutanix Sales Methodology. You will have the opportunity to work with global teams, interact cross-functionally, and contribute to key strategic initiatives that will impact the future success of Nutanix.

**Sales at Nutanix**

The Revenue Enablement team at Nutanix is a collaborative and cross-functional group that works closely with Sales Leadership and strategic Sales Support functions. This team is responsible for creating a globally consistent curriculum and Enablement programs to support the development of Nutanix Sales teams world-wide. The team works together to identify areas of improvement, deliver relevant content, and track key metrics of success. This role would be part of Revenue Enablement's Professional Selling Skills team, the “tip of the spear” for developing gold standard Nutanix selling and professional skills programs.

**Your Role**

+ Work with the Professional Skills team to develop, test, and implement company-wide gold standard selling skills training programs

+ Manage key strategic initiatives related to Nutanix Sales Methodology and Sales Process

+ Track and deliver on key metrics of success

+ Communicate team successes both within the Revenue Enablement organization and to key stakeholders across Nutanix

+ Coordinate content for sales events and training

**What You Will Bring**

+ 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Enablement in a SaaS environment

+ At least 5 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives for Sales, Sales Engineering, and/or Sales Operations

+ Strong program management experience. Certifications such as ACP, PPM or PMP preferred

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Familiarity with various selling skills programs and methodologies, such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, Sandler Training, Solution Selling, SPIN, and Value Selling

+ Experience with best practices for curriculum development and content creation

+ A strong understanding and knowledge of learning management systems

+ Ability to influence and work with a cross-functional and cross-geographical team

+ Ability to collaborate and work with a variety of stakeholders

+ A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed

**About Your Manager** : Justin Maitlen, Head of Program - Professional Selling Skills, is a seasoned sales enablement leader with over 20 years of experience in IT sales and selling skills development. He holds certifications in various sales methodologies and recently spearheaded the successful launch of the Nutanix sales accreditation program for 1,800 participants worldwide.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 120,000 and USD $ 238,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
