Regional Account Manager

You will execute Gilbarco Veeder-Roots sales quota in an assigned region/accounts by managing relationships with the customers, distributors, and contractors in the region/accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Actively support Aftermarket Operations as it pertains to product positioning, demonstration, configuration fulfillment of all assigned products.

Coordinate with leadership to execute on strategic plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned territory and assigned accounts.

Develop and execute plans to drive development and specification of assigned products at end-users and channel partners.

Understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary. Establish customer rapport and acceptance.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to support field sales activities.

Be the champion for customer problem resolution as it pertains to assigned product capabilities, configuration and performance

Utilize Salesforce to coordinate and manage field level activities.

Be a continuous and active advocate for end-users within the Aftermarket Operations organization.

Act as an extension of the Product Marketing team to gather customer insight and VOC.

Manage funnel opportunities and distributor engagement through Salesforce.

Work with customers and Engineers to ensure parts and related products meet the system requirements.

Plans for modifications to products to meet consumer demands.

In conjunction with Sales leadership, develop and implement a process to increase end-user engagement at established and targeted accounts.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales training programs to support TSM’s, channel partners, customers and service technicians.

Meet/exceed assigned sales quota for the territory while owning the relationships with key customers and distributors.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with the distributor principal.

Communicate and promote Gilbarco principles, goals, objectives, programs and key strategic initiatives with distributors and customers.

Compiles and analyze information on customers, competitors, and economic temperature.

Partner with National Account Managers in managing the large national and strategic accounts in the territory.

Manage the territory through inputting all sales-related data into salesforce.com. This includes scheduling and logging sales calls, managing assigned accounts and distributors by reporting key activities and updates.

Maintaining an active funnel of opportunities on all product lines, forecasting sales, and managing contracts

Manage price and profitability in the territory through management of pricing deviations and concessions.

Build strong internal relationships with peers in the sales organization and within other departments at Gilbarco

The base compensation range for this position is $100K to $120K per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

Lead the selling activities to support all products and services in the distribution and end user markets; retail oil companies, convenience store, jobber/dealer network, and non-retail/commercial customers

Be the champion for our customers and work closely with Veeder Root, Gilbarco, and Insight 360 sales team members to portray a cohesive customer centric team
