About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Enrollment and Dean, Admission Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of a diverse student body across various academic levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning these processes with the institution's strategic enrollment goals, overseeing the University's Admission Services Office, and leading a team to ensure the smooth operation of all admission-related activities. The role involves spearheading innovative recruitment strategies, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive work environment within the admission team. The AVP will also work closely with the Deputy Vice President and other senior leaders, providing guidance on operational and strategic matters.Applicants for this position should have a master's degree in a relevant field and at least eight years of experience in a senior management role with a focus on the development and execution of strategic operational initiatives. The role requires a candidate who can mirror the mission and core values of the University, provide day-to-day leadership that aligns with the institution's academic enterprise enrollment division, and contribute to the setting of new student enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in higher education enrollment management and be prepared to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and diverse academic environment.
