This position will be in the High-Level Design Implementation, Verification, and Power division with Catapult, PowerPro, and Precision core products at Siemens EDA.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Contribute to content strategies that support and amplify short- and long-term marketing goals.

+ Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.

+ Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.

+ Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives including newsletters, trainings and internal events.

+ Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer-facing events including seminars, webinars, tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events.

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, digital marketing, or a related field

+ 2+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies

+ Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

+ Skilled in web management, and experience in event planning and logistics

+ Excellent skills in communication, research, copywriting, and project management.

+ Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution

+ Experience in implementing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans

+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns to meet deadlines

+ Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously

+ A self-organized, independent yet collaborative team-player

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
