About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Management to play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a product vision that is in line with the company's strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of product managers, managing the P&L across all product lines, and overseeing the entire product life cycle. This includes everything from strategic planning to tactical execution, and ensuring that the products continue to innovate and meet the needs of consumers and clients. The role requires a strong focus on achieving revenue and business goals, as well as driving growth and engagement across all product offerings. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Product Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of experience in product management, particularly in the design, development, and deployment of digital products using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The role demands a hands-on approach to market research, a history of global product release and go-to-market management, and experience with consumer apps to enhance engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading and communicating technical requirements, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of managing and mentoring product management teams. An innovative mindset, the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions, and a talent for presenting and negotiating with stakeholders are also essential.
